These and other questions are answered by Hadnet Tesfai and Firas Alshater on behalf of the Federation of German Consumer Organisations (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband), to protect refugees in the everyday life of a consumer and help them to get along.

Especially asylum seekers should know: For legal reasons we can provide our legal consultations only in German, to avoid any misunderstandings.
People who come to us should therefore have sufficient knowledge of the German language or should bring a full-age translator.
